SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT COVID 19 AND SHIPPING: Please be aware that certain shipping complications have arisen due to Covid 19. Shipping times have been extended, sometimes 2-3 days past the expected delivery date. Rough treatment of shipments has also appeared to increase, as we see packages arrive damaged on a regular basis. While we always hope for the best in every hatch, diminished hatch rates are not unexpected at this time. If you receive a package from USPS that has been damaged in any way, please thoroughly document the damage to the exterior and interior of the shipment with clear photographs. All packages are insured up to $50 and you can file a claim for the damages to your goods for direct compensation from USPS here.
